While the first two are also diads, they fall into the "power chord" category (fifth and inverted fifth, respectively) so we don't normally refer to them as diads!. Some spell that dyads!. They're probably right!. I've heard them referred to as power chords, but they're not!. I've also heard them referred to as "power dyads", which doesn't make a whole lot of sense per se, but I guess it can work as well!. Either way, they are an interesting alternative to the normal power chords!.!.!. the first two examples you gave, that is!.
