What you need to do is write a plan!.
Think about what you want to do for the day and stick to it!.
If you follow on with this routine you wont need the piece of paper with the order and soon you will just be able to do it!.
But be careful!. You need to have a balance!. Make sure you dont have too much work and not enough outside business!. You could also try and incorporate some of your work into you outside business like going to the park and drawing stuff there!. That way you arent cooped up inside a house or a building and you can also socialise while drawing!.!.!.l maybe draw a friends portrait and talk to them about their day etc!.!.!.!.
You could also try taking an art class that requires you to use up some after school time and have the rest of the day for socialising and so forth!.

Remember!.!.!. Just keep going and going and you'll be fine!.
