Question: Any last minute tips for a vocal performance!?
I've already asked a couple of questions having to do with performing advice so I am sorry if you're tired of answering my questions, but I've just got one more!. Tomorrow night is when all of the vocal majors have to sing a solo at the vocal major recital at the Community College that I attend!. I'm a freshman and it's pretty nerve wracking to get up there and sing with those who have been taking lessons and classes longer, especially the third and fourth semester students!.One of the things I do when I'm nervous is to try to be as prepared as possible so does anyone have any last minute advice, whether it has to do with stage presence, nerves, singing, etc!? I've had the same experience performing in front of my peers and it is nerve racking!. But just remember to drink heaps of water, breathe and remember your doing this because you enjoy it!. And also most people won't know if you're singing it wrong or right, so if you make a mistake don't make it look like you made one!. Good luck and have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Practice! Practice! Practice! And also remember to breathe deeply!. Do some vocal warm ups before you go onstage, that will prevent you from worrying about your voice cracking or stuff like thatWww@QuestionHome@Com

Bottom line--breathe!. Breathe deeply!. It will calm you and give you support for your voice!. Breathe!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
