Hmm!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.a instrument not to hard to play!. I would say a cowbell or a triangle!. But seriously if you are considering playing a instrument, keep in mind all instruments are hard to play!. Some people spend years trying to perfect their ability!. Your decision to play a instrument is a good idea!. Personally, It is my way to express myself, relieve stress, and meet people!. What instrument you decide to play will be determined by what you like to do!. Do you feel like bashing on drums, or laying down the bass line, or rocking out on rhythm guitar!? Some starter drum kits are sold around 300 to 500 bucks and then you have to tack on more for all the additional hardware!. A starter bass can be bought for about 150 bucks and a electric guitar around 150 to 200 bucks!. I have a device called a pocket rocket!. It allows you to plug your mp3 or ipod into it and you can jam along!. It comes with head phones and runs off of a battery!. Never start out with a acoustic guitar, because they don't have any effects and if you don't know your chords it is boring in my opinion!. Good luck with your choice!. I hope I helped you out!. If you are think classic instruments then I'd say go for a brass instrument like a french horn or trumpet if you can buzz your lips well (mind you take lessons) if not clarinet is a good starter for if you want to move up to sax!. Piano is very simple to learn and a great instrument to know too!. Violin and harp are also very nice instruments but those are more so ones to play if you really really really want to learn them

if you are talking more rock based instruments go to a music store and test out full set drums, a guitar and a bass!. Out of those I personally play full set drums and find them to be qutie simple bc all you need to do is keep a steady beat adn be able to multitask different movements at once!. Guitar I found to be difficult because my hands are too small to strech and play every cord!. I tried bass once and I ran into the same problem as the guitar but my sister said that she found bass easier than guitar!.

Now if you want to be really random learn bagpipes or accordian or concertina there are not enough of those players in the world! but thats just my opinion

in the end you need to try out the instruments, the rock absed ones are easy to self teach, the other ones i would recomend lessons, but you can teach yourself how to play them and it's not too bad!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Like everything you learn!. You do not do it all at once!. If you are interested in playing an instrument, listen to as many as you can and then pick something!. For you to pick an instrument that someone else says is easy or cool is a big mistake!.
Start off right!. Take lessons or classes!. Do not try to teach your self until you have a good start!.
Good LuckWww@QuestionHome@Com
