Question: Where can you find this info for the Nutcracker!?
I'm putting together a dance club at my school and the ballet students are going to put together a Nutcracker performance this december!. I was wondering if anyone could give me a list of websites that!.!.!.
-Have a synopsis/summary of the Nutcracker, specifics on every scene
-Have the names of all the songs in the Nutcracker, where they go in the Nutcracker - and, if possible, a way to hear them
-Have a list of the Characters - who they are and what they look like
-Have suggestions on costumes for the characters
-Have cheap costumes
They don't all have to be on the same website, just wanted to make sure you know that!.

Correct!.!.!. Wikipedia has it all!.!.!.except for where to listen to it and where to find cheap costumes!. If you don't want to buy the CD or download mp3s legally, try your local library!. These institutions now frequently subscribe to music services like Naxos or Classical Music Library!. As a last resort, you can sign up for emusic!.com!. They offer 25 free downloads as part of your trial so you could download the whole ballet for free!.
I'm fresh out of suggestions for cheap costumes!. You may have to go with homemade!. I've added a link that offers costumes and some design ideas if you've a mind to do it yourself!.
