I don't know what you mean by european but I know a few good monologues!.
Two of my favourite's are from Ludlow Fair!.
Rachel's is comical, she's trying to test herself to see if she's going insane and Agnes's is Rachel's roommate!. Rachel is asleep but Agnes's is talking to her about her boyfriend's!.
