Yeah, it's normal!. That happened to me at first, too!. But the longer and more that you play, your wrist will start getting used to the stretch, allowing you to bend your hand to reach the string more easily!. It's sort of how your finger tips kill when you first start playing, but then you get calluses!. It just takes some time!. Keep practicing!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

well i dont know the size of your hand!. but guitars r usually really narrow at the end!. so i would say yes its normal!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
