Well, I would go to your local computer store and get some plain business card printer sheets!.
Then you can get on your computer and I believe Word has a way to make business cards!. Or you can google freeware business card software!.

Then just print up tickets using the business card template!. Just put in the ticket information like your Band name instead of business name and put in the date and time and stuff in the other fields!.
