What can I do with a theatre arts degree?

Question: What can I do with a theatre arts degree!?

I'm thinking about majoring in theatre, but i don't really know what i could do with it!. the college i'm going to go to has a theatre teaching degree!. Should i take that!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

I have a theatre arts degree and to be honest with you employers dont really know what to do with me!. If I could go back I would probably major in something more specific and concrete!. Theatre is something that you really dont have to have a degree to pursue it if you have the talent!. Like any field in entertainment, it's not what you know, but who you know!. Definitely take some classes to gain general knowledge, but from experience I would think twice about majoring in it!. also, network with people in the field in your area!. If teaching is offered, do it!. Teachers are always needed and you wouldn't be without a job for too long!. And internships!.!.!.!.!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
