Question: What is a good guitar for rock!?
my favorite bands are acdc, def leppard, the who, gnr, van halen, boston, tom petty, rush, poison, and the eagles!. what is a good guitar for this type of music!? i have some ideas, but if theres more that are better price range is around 100-500 dollars!.

I think i won't answer you cos simply there is no best guitar nor good for rock!.
Guitars are made for rock, and for professionals and for music, there is no one better, just the quality of sound and feeling differs in a sense of difference not best/worse!.
So if you want a guitar go and try them all, you'll find yourself loving one of them, get it!. see it's simple and doesn't need too much attention and research!. all of them are highly professional brands (Epiphone, Jackson, Ibanez)
Guitarists say that Ibanez is sensitive, Jackson rocks and it's has harsh character and Epiphone is just loose and doesn't have the "heart blushing effect"!.!.!. actually the microphones differ so it will lead to sound difference!

a guitar for rock huh!. well i would say since your into those bands well some of the best guitars and the guitars i only use are fenders cause there versatile, modifiable, replaceable and cheap! here are some models for rock i would recommend:

I agree with that guy because there is no guitar for just rock!. But what I will say is that those are my favorite bands too and I am extremely satisfied with my Fender Stratocaster!. So look into that guitar and see if you like it!.
