To add to "this girl"s comment, I'd recommend scheduling a visit, or a couple of visits, in addition to contacting them!.
See if you can schedule a tour, sit in on some classes/rehearsals, meet with someone in admissions, try and meet with faculty members you'd work with for a lesson of some sort (expect to pay a fee for this!.!.!.probably $100, $150, or even $200), and get a chance to speak with some students!. This will be EXTREMELY beneficial for you in a lot of ways!.!.!.you can see what Juilliard's standards are, evaluate what you need to do to live up to those standards, you'll give the faculty a chance to meet and get to know your personality and work ethic, and most importantly, you can decide if Juilliard is really the school for you!. You might love it!.!.!.you might hate it!. When you go, try and see beyond the name and reputation of the school!. See it for what it really is and evaluate the environment, costs, school/class size, the way people interact with you, the way rehearsals and classes are run!.!.!.EVERYTHING you need to determine whether you'd be happy there and receive the education you personally need to embark on a successful career in your art!.
Juilliard is just one of numerous schools that have excellent theatre programs!. Don't rule the others out! :-)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go to their website and explore everything first!. If you have any more questions, E-Mail them!. And yes, you can do acting, dance, or music!. The acting is theater, but it isnt musical theater!. I share the same dreams, yet, to tell you the truth, I hadn't heard of Juliard until one of my friends told me about it last year! There are some really great schools in NY and Boston as well!! Get a private voice instructor, and practice at least 2 hours a day!. Get involved with the drama dept at your school, and if you have a local community theatre try audition for plays!.
Here are their requirements: http://www!.juilliard!.edu/admissions/gene!.!.!.
They also have summer programs:

Make sure that your personal instructor is well trained with a strong background!. Tell your drama & choir teacher your goals, and ask for their help, also make sure you make good grades, and that you are involved in another activity!. Best of luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Contact them and see, at least find out what they are looking for in a actress/singer!. You might not be that good, I mean look at American Idol most singers are bad!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
