How can I tell what year my guitar was made?

Question: How can I tell what year my guitar was made!?

I recently bought a Takamine EF385!. I'm guessing it's about mid-90's but I would like to know for sure!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Look inside the soundhole of your guitar!. There should be a serial number somewhere inside it!. The serial number should be 8 digits with no letters!.

Then go to the website listed below, type in the serial number and press Enter, and it will tell you the date your guitar was built!.

Some guitars carved what year was it made in the guitar but some has inside the hole (better get a flashlight) If not then you can always do some researching in google, yahoo or wikipedia!. And yours Takamine EF385 was made from the year 1999!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
