Restringing a 5-string banjo?

Question: Restringing a 5-string banjo!?

Ok so I got the strings off and got 5 new strings out in front of me!. But I don't know what thickness comes first! The strings I have are: !.012, !.016, !.023, and two !.010's!.

Can someone tell me the order of them from top to bottom!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

2!.next up !.012
3!. !.016
4 !.023
5 (short one) !.010

Unless something very strange is happening the bass strings of an instrument are always the thicker ones!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

From top to bottom:

5th string: !.010
4th string: !.023
3rd string: !.016
2nd string: !.012
