Is this piece an okay audition for IMC (band camp)?

Question: Is this piece an okay audition for IMC (band camp)!?

I was just wondering if the song "Stranger on The Shore" Is a good audition peice for clarinet!.

I really think it's beautiful, and I can make it sound really good!.
But would they rather me play something harder and maybe not sounds as good or stick with the easier piece!?

yay! I went to IMC too :) (I played violin in the Concert orchestra a while back)
Though I havn't gone for 2 years!.!.!.after I got into highschool I kind of just stopped heh!.!.

I'm guessing your not going for the orchestra so here's what I have to say:
I don't know for band but for orchestra we needed sheet music of our piece, so if you can get a copy it would be better in my opinion!.
The song is really nice! I think its great too, I'm just listening to it right now!. Listen, don't go for a harder one if you've mastered this one!. If you have mastered this one and can really play well then just do it!. Whatever is easier, don't stress too much!. I never went to IMC for the orchestra anyway heh!.!.!.!.
If you want to get into the higher band I think that you might make it if you really play well with this song!. Its all about if you sound good, but if you can play a harder piece well then by all means go ahead!. Sounds like your comfortable with this one, so just make it sound amazing!

Have fun, I remember putting a box of salt in the lemonade so someone might do that again :)

Don't stress too much about the band though, just try your best! You'll have a lot of fun doing the other activities, the camp has so much to offer!. There is so much to do~ no time to do it all!.
