(i'm not sure which c# you're talking about exactly, so i'll tell you both of the upper register ones!.!.)

[[1=left index finger, 2=left middle finger, 3=left ring finger, 4=right index finger, 5=right middle finger, 6=right index finger!.!.!.]]

for c# in the staff!. the fingering is!.!. thumb+register key, 1,2,3,4,5,6, and left pinkie on the top outer key!.!. or right pinkie on the top key on the bottom row!.!.!.

and for the above the staff c#!. the fingering is!.!. thumb+register key, 2,3,4,5

i hope that explanation wasn't too confusing!.!. but here are some links to fingering charts that will tell you how to finger any note you need to play (some of them have alternate fingerings [[like C#]]!.!.!.)
