Do you live far far away from all guitar players!? Get live help if at all possible!. You can learn a lot from the locals even if they do not have the same music interests that you do!.
As for the web, I find doing my own searches give me better results than when I ask others to do it for me!.
If you are not willing to spend $10 or $20 for a book you can't expect much!.
Free usually takes much longer!.
