How many hours does Synyster Gates practice?

Question: How many hours does Synyster Gates practice!?

Syn is one of my biggest influences when it comes to emulating a guitar virtuoso!. Does anyone know how many hours he practices!? I practice usually five hours a day, but I may double the amount this summer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

After seeing one of his performances caught on tape, I would have to say "not enough"!.

It's a dam* shame that you look up to someone like that!. Any guitarist who spends so much time and energy on their image at the expense of learning how to play in key or how to correctly compose and write counterpoint doesn't deserve the attention they get!.

It's a da*n shame!.

I'd say check out people who actually can play their instrument (Herman Li, Joe Satriani, Jeff Loomis, Buckethead, etc etc) but perhaps they don't wear enough makeup for you!.

i'd have to agree with saul, not enough!. in my opinon, i say he's more image to appeal to the girls than actual skill, if you want real guitarist, look up slash, zakk wylde, jimmy page, joey ramone, tom morello!.!.!.now these guys are amazing!.

but if you wanna practise 10 hours a day, go ahead! the more tha marrier!. zakk wylde normaly would practise when he got home from school and throughout the whole night as a teen!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
