Position:Home>Performing Arts> Wat should i do I'm lost?Question: Wat should i do I'm lost!? im an great singer and im only 11 i dont have an sqeaky little voice like other 11yr olds my voice is just soothing and comferting to hear and my friends say i have an amazing voice but every time i sing around my family even my bro says i have an ugly voice and now im wondering if i should ever sing again!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: What u should do my friend,be confident in yourself please!.Don't listen to every body cause u will come wacko!.Listen to your little voice inside!.Please don't quit!.If u want to go and have singing lessons that will built yourself confidence!.I took singing lessons when i was 40 years old and now still singing at 52 years old!.Www@QuestionHome@Com thats so sad that your family wouldnt be the first ones to support you and encourage you to pursue your passions!.!. i'm sorry!. definately do not quit though! i know its tough to go through with your dreams when you have people that bring you down, and i know it especially hurts to hear it from your family, but please dont let what they are saying keep you from doing what you love!. you should talk to them about it, and let them know how much the things they are saying about your voice upsets you!. your voice still has soo much growing to do!. theres no telling how much it could develope and change in the next few years!. it will get even better! and if you are really interested in singing, you might look into getting some voice lessons!. taking lessons could push you in the right direction and help you in so many ways!. but just remember to be true to yourself, and dont let what others say keep you from your singing! and good luck! :]Www@QuestionHome@Com Hey! ok well that's just how your brother is gonna act!. Siblings do that because they're too embarrassed to tell you you have a good voice!. Tell your parents that you have a good voice and try to join a choir or chorus at your school when you can!. Don't be discouraged, i bet your voice is great!! you should DEFINITELY KEEP SINGING!
