please help i want to do dance work like a dooble hook in the air

yeah for sure, but stretch a little at a time!.

(i!.e) if you want to do the full splits, you would stretch by doing the actual splits to the farthest you can go and pushing yourself a little more!. then continue doing that everyday, so then in a couple of days, you'll be able to the splits completely to the floor!.

yes you will!. Dont push it too hard tho or you will pull a muscle!. The best time to stretch is RIGHT AFTER you work out!. Thats when its most effective!. =)Www@QuestionHome@Com
