If ist only between those 3 id say get the yamaha , but only because y dont like the jackson headstock!.
also if you are open to suggestions ill recomend you to get an epiphone les paul because that way youll get a more Zack wylde′ish sound ( he uses a les paul) for the same price your willing to pay!.
also if you want to take it one more step theres this guitar http://www!.epiphone!.com/default!.asp!?Prod!.!.!. which is a Zack Wylde guitar replica , you cant get more zack wylde than that!.
Hope this helps youWww@QuestionHome@Com

personally, i would choose jackson king v guitar, though the other jackson is also nice!.
i'm rather reluctant when it comes to yamaha's, but that's just preference!.

guitar-wise though, i do believe jackson's are much better than yamaha's!. both jackson's come with a floyd rose trem bridge which are incredible for keeping your guitar in tune, even when doing the craziest of stuff while playing!.
the 24-fret neck is also great!. the thing i don't like about the jackson mg is that it has emg-hz pickups, which are passive, not active!. emg can make great pickups and though i haven't used too many of their passive ones, the active pickups just blow it out of the water!. (the emg-hz pickups also come on zakk wylde's epiphone series, which is unfortunate cause they are awesome looking guitars)
so it basically comes down to preference between the jacksons (for me at least)!. do you want a guitar that's a generic shape (the mg) or a more interesting shape (the v)!. but keep in mind storing the guitar!. though the V may look cooler, it's also a lot bigger than the mg!.
i have an LTD EX (explorer shaped guitar) and it can be a pain in the butt sometimes cause it's really large and requires a bigger case, but i absolutely love the sound and the feel!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If yo like that style than get a Epiphone Les Paul like him!. They are inexpensive and at least, you will have his tone!. all yo need is a digital delay hooken to a distortion pedal and you are set!.

Epiphone is a great gitar and it stays in tune!. The only drawback is that it lacks a whammy bar!.

If you were open-minded enough, I would suggest the Jackson!. The sound, the 24fret job and the active electronic are all great!.
This guitar rarely, if ever needs any adjustment and it cal handle any string gauge down to !.008 without adjusting the truss rod!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
