Question: What are the commmon stereotypes of different instrumentalists/musicians!? What do you guys think!? I'll just provide one!.!.!.

2!. also have the highest rate of mental disorders!.
3!. Almost all of them sing or play an instrument reasonably well!.
4!. They typically play more instruments than they actually let on!.
5!. Many have perfect pitch; however it is not an essential trait for them!.

man i hate stereotypes!.!.!. im a violist, and if you are in a string or any other orchestra then you know what i am talking about (the others seem to like to make a lot of fun of us!)
VIOLISTS
-not the brightest in the orchestra
-never know when to come in
-can never hit the right pitch
-never actually play
if your lost in the desert, who do you ask for directions!? an in tune violist, an out of tune violist, or santa claus!?
an out of tune violist, the other two mean you have been hallucinating!
how do you know when a viola player is at your door!?
they cant find the key and they dont know when to come in!
how can you tell if a stage is level!?
the violists are drooling out of both sides of their mouth!
why are orchestra intermissions only 15 minutes long!?
any longer and youd have to re-train the violists!

Keyboard players are arrogant, sarcastic and think they are better than anyone else!.!. (we are!.!.!. but that's beside the point)
Classical guitar players are considered the musical equivalent of Nerds because we are so obsessive about technique and our supposed ability to read an interpret music
Acoustic guitar players are just good old guys!.!. we drink a lot, smoke weed, chase anything in a skirt and are the ones who get the first invitation to come to someone's house for the after hours party!.
Electric guitar players are considered the bottom of the food chain by all three of the above catagories!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
