Could some one show me where to find a Chromatic scale that starts with a B and one with an A!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker:
A chromatic scale encompasses the twelve notes which are a half step away from each other!.

A chromatic scale in "B" moving upwards is:
B, C, C#,D, D#, E, F,F#, G, G#, A, A#, B

Moving downwards, the correct enharmonic spelling is like this:
B, Bb(B flat), A, Ab, G, Gb, F, E, Eb, D, Db, C, B

A chromatic scale in "A" moving upwards is:
A, A#, B, C, C#, D, D#, E, F, F#, G, G#, A!.

Moving downwards, the correct enharmonic spelling is like this:
A, Ab, G, Gb, F, E, Eb, D, Db, C, B, Bb, A!.

Remember that even though these notes are spelled differently depending upon the direction you move in the scale, these notes are essentially the same!. (e!.g!. D# = Eb)!. Chromatic scales have no "Tonic" since they do not emphasize any polarity to define a particular key!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
