No way!. I just started playing the piano about a year and a half ago, and I thought I was too old (yeah, I thought I was too old at 12 years old) but I found out you can never be too old!. I just played the piano in my freetime as a pass time, and somehow I managed to actually get good at it!. 27 is definitely not too old!. No way!. You could be really good in a few years!. You probably won't play Carnegie Hall anytime in your life, but then again who does!? I have plenty of students who are way older than you (one is 60!.) I've only been playing 15 years!. That means at 42 you could be good enough to teach (I've actually been teaching for three years!.) no!.!.!.!.!.I play piano and when I go to the studio where I take my lessons I see people ranging from 5 to 60 years old!. You're never too old to do something you enjoy!. If you really want to play the piano then I say go for it and don't let your age stop you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are piano books called "Pianomals" I think that is how you spell it, it has to do with Piano + Animals make up the name!.
