Absolute favourites: The Phantom of the Opera, Sunday in the Park With George, and Sweeney Todd.

Other great ones : Assassins, Into the Woods, West Side Story, Avenue Q, and Les Miserables.

I have an irrational admiration for Pippin, and I detest that rock and roll version of Twelfth Night (can't recall the title, mind represses such horrors).

hmm probably Mamma Mia, just because it was so fun. Beauty and the Beast was also great while it was still on Broadway.. the effects were so cool!

Note that I have never been to Broadway, but from hearing musical numbers and reading scripts, my predicted favorites are:

Wicked
A Chorus Line
Hairspray (saw the movie, old and new)
Grease (saw the movie)

Wicked....is wicked awesome!
