Only one way to find out...play it.

The size of a guitar is really all about preference. I personally like a 40" because of there sound (I'm 5'7"), it has a nice rich tone from its chamber. A 30" I would say would be good for you (if you're over 5' than any guitar should do well). 38" have nice tones because of it's chamber, although if you're going for an acoustic-electric, I'd say go for a 25". Overall, it really depends on the sound, not your size. I've seen kids play Jumbo Dreadnoughts, and they're a pro at it. You just got to rely on the sound first, before the size.
