Perform publicly as much as you can. I know it might not be easy, but take as many gigs, free and paid, that you can. Thats usually how you get exposure. Also, make some flyers, make friends with your local radio station...send them a recording of your band, and let them know when your next performance is. Good luck!

where is south devon? do you play local bars? so you have anything that highlights local talent. here we have a few things like tele-miracle where you can play on live t.v.

Try performing in bars, restaurants and such, get renown.
Or you can sign your band in battle of the bands.

Submit some of your songs and see if people like it.
Go there and read some info.
Peace bro keep rocking

word of mouth or always you can perform at small places like schools and stuff to get noticed..that's how i did it to become a dancer i was noticed when i was performing one year at my high school like 3 years ago and i got a chance to be in a music video now... its works ~good luck~

You must play where a producer will see you.

But do you have

www.reverbnation.com
&
www.bandloop.com

too?

These are smaller Artist/Band sites that you are starting up. Good luck

It's knowledge that gets a band going.....trust me, I'm a former top radio DJ in America, I should know. I can help you move along with my know how just as I helped the Beatles, Stones and others get airplay in the sixties, but I'm not free or cheap. If you want the best and you want to really get exposure, it's gonna cost £££££, but it's worth it. Good luck but don't quit yer day job, there's no shortage of bands out there.!and most never get past the local pub scenes.
