Awesome setup!

Of course the stereo image will be vastly improved by running a second speaker cabinet, and spacing the two out.

You could improve the high-frequency output with high grade tweeters, possibly rings. This could be in the form of a small separate box, if you don't want to modify the Marshall. Some tweeters can just be added in without a crossover.

I'd also consider some Kinman pickups.

You are of course pretty committed to a digital sound, and might want a true (mains powered, not 9V) valve distortion in the effects loop. You might pick up an old ADA MP 1

Any of these are just "the icing on the cake"; the cake is already fabulous!
