Try singing the entire line with only a breath in the middle (after "sing") and at the end (after "ring"). If you can't cut that, insert a catch-breath after "pride".

My country,' tis of thee,
sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing; <breath>
land where my fathers died,
land of the pilgrims' pride,
from every mountainside let freedom ring! <breath>

My native country, thee,
land of the noble free, thy name I love; <breath>
I love thy rocks and rills,
thy woods and templed hills;
my heart with rapture thrills, like that above. <breath>

Let music swell the breeze,
and ring from all the trees sweet freedom's song; <breath>
let mortal tongues awake;
let all that breathe partake;
let rocks their silence break, the sound prolong. <breath>

Our fathers' God, to thee,
author of liberty, to thee we sing; <quick breath>
long may our land be bright
with freedom's holy light; <deep breath>
protect us by thy might, great God, our King.

it's always good to draw out the end of a song a little bit, so make sure to get a bigger breath as late as you possibly can. I sang this for a choir concert, and those are when I took breaths. so hopefully it works for you. :]

Try to breathe only after music phrases. In that song, here's the first phrase:

"My country tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing"

However, if those phrases prove too long, just make sure you break only at punctuation marks in the text.
