Which is better, a rogue ra100d, or an epiphone dr100 acoustic guitar?

Well, for $100, you'll get a "cheap" guitar. If you want "good quality", you'll need to spend more.

Of the 2 instruments you listed, I'd go with the Epiphone. I've seen Rogue banjos and Rogue ukeleles and haven't been impressed with the quality.
