If you want to buy online, then check out musiciansfriend.com as they are frequently running specials and discounts, although I don't think they have that particular model within the price range you specified. Keep an eye on eBay, to see if anyone is selling their's for around $350. You can always check out the classified sections of your local newspapers; sometimes you can find good deals on used guitars there. I'm sorry I don't have a direct link to exactly what you are wanting for that price. (LOL, I have my eye on a very sweet Taylor acoustic at the local music shop waaay out of my price range!)
