Question:Actually its an Euphonium but there pretty much the same thing. So anyways when I play into my Euphonium with second valve it sounds like theres a crack in it. So I pulled my valve out and examined it and found that in the inside of one of the air passages in the valve the inlining( if thats what its called) is pushed up from the base. My question is how can I fix it with out taking it to get repair'd or if i must take it somewhere?

It sounds like some of the sauter that is used to attach the slide to the casing is peeling off. The only way you can get this fixed is to take it a reputable music instrument repair shop. No easy fix on this one for you i'm afraid...

Unless you posess both the tools AND the skill, you do not want to attempt this yourself. That is WHY there are repair shops.

That's a difficult repair and may even require replacement.

Now, if you want, you might try to shop for a broken parts-or-fixer instrument of the same brand on ebay or http://www.shopgoodwill.com and scavenge a valve from the busted instrument to put into yours. That fix might require waiting a while for the correct busted horn to appear.
