Position:Home>Performing Arts> What scale can I play over these chords and whats name of this chord?

Question:F Maj with open b and e string 4 beat

Gmaj with open b and e string 4 beats

Then it goes liked a min to g

like a power cord try to use some syncopation.

then reapeats.

I am kind of toying with this one

I ripped the chord form to a randy rhoards song that i played like ten years ago, just in a different poisition.

Fmaj7#4 - Gmaj6 - Am - G

Looks like natural notes, if i'm not missing anything, so you could probably play any mode of the G natural scale (ie, G mixolydian). G maj pentatonic, etc. You could also try adding a Bb for color, it would give it a major/minor pull.

Saul

The G major scale !!
