Position:Home>Performing Arts> BIG problem!!?

Question:I have this huge assignment due tommorrow, and it's for Theater class. We have to memorize a scene that we wrote with our group. The only problem is that my group decided to meet after school to change it. I said that I couldn't come after school, but I would write out a script that we could use instead of our old one. I made one last night and worked really hard on it and made copies, but then I didn't see anyone from my group all day today, so now I'm stuck with a script that no one else knows, I don't have the old one, and I'm supposed to memorize everything. I don't know what to do :(
Thanks if you can help!

Hello,

Do you have a phone number or email address for any of your friends who are in your group? If so, you could call/email them and either ask them for the old script, or email them the new one. Maybe one of your friends has the contact information for all of the others. If you do not have any of their contact info, you could call your school (or teacher, if you have his/her direct number), and ask for the contact info for your friends in your group.

If you live close by your friends, maybe you all could meet somewhere and work on your script this evening, (or you could schedule a meeting at school early in the morning, if you are able to contact them).

Depending on how long your script is, and when your class is tomorrow, you could try to memorize your part before Theater Class if you can get it from your friends tomorrow.

If the above options fail, then maybe you could talk to your teacher, and ask him/her if your group could either use the scripts for this particular scene, and then write another script for Monday (maybe double the length of the original), or you could ask him/her if s/he would let you all work on the script through lunch, and then present it to him/her after school. Obviously, being able to ask this of him/her would depend on what time your class is scheduled.

I hope everything works out well for you. God bless.

Maybe you should call them and tell them to come to your house so they could pick it up, or meet really early before school tomorrow.

Do you have anyone's phone number that's in the group? Call them up, and write the script out over the phone if you can't get together with them. Or, ask someone to type it out and email it to you.

What the other two said seems to be working for me too.Thanx guys!!!!!!

scan and email them the script!
