Speech please help!?

Question:ok hey guys i'm doing a speech really soon and i need some help about ballet. I have taken ballet for 7 years but quit just recently but i have to convince the audience in my speech that they would want to try it... So i was wondering i can have one index card for my spech but just like main points. So i was wondering f u could give me some great ideas on how to convince my audience that i like it and thta they would want to try it! so i need some great tips about ballet please!!! anything helps!!!!!

Well --there's a school of thought that states ballet practitioners, are, pound for pound, among the best-conditioned of all athletes.

Plus, it is an activity that keeps people on teir toes:)

Well just make it sound really fun and interesting and appeal to what people want. And say stuff about how it will take you places etc
Also, to show you like it get real enthusiastic about what your saying and about it likes it the best thing in the world.
