Depends on what comes after high school.

If you're off to college, your priorities should be four years of English, four of math, chemistry, biology, physics, foreign language. There, I've just filled up half of your school days.

Then, if you are planning to be a performing or visual arts major in college, four years in the area of your major.

Whatever time is left in your school day should be split among history-geography-psychology and other social sciences, and a variety of arts (if you're already doing four years of one of them, you still want to pick up a class or two in something else if possible). Phys Ed., health and driver's ed are sometimes required and, if not, nice if you can get them.

If you're not planning to go to college, then you're hopeless :-)

What angel & TR have already said is true,...

you also should consiser the fact that universities these days are seeking well rounded students who are involved in clubs etc. so that they do more than just the average student does.
This could be a deciding factor for colleges to select one student over another....
