One of them is the dominant scale (V) in F minor.

F minor is one of the common keys used in flamenco guitar; the other is C minor.

The notes in the F minor dominant scale in flamenco are...

C Db E F G Ab Bb C.

Note the minor second interval on C-Db and the augmented second on Db-E.

Four notes in the dominant flamenco scale--the first, second, third, and fifth notes (e.g., C, Db, E, G) are used plentifully in what I called the "flamenco chord" of C-Db-E-G--that is, a C chord with an added minor second nonharmonic tone.

In chord symbols, it is called C (add b2). "b" means flat, so "b2" means "flat second" or "flatted second." Remember that a flat lowers a regular note a half step.

Augmented seconds are common in flamenco guitar runs. Minor seconds are common in Arabic music, which flamenco guitar partially comes from.

Here is a typical flamenco run pattern using parts of the F minor flamenco dominant scale...

G Ab G F G F E F E Db E Db E F E Db E Db C.....

That is all I can say........
