Soprano or alto?
2d octave e is half-thumb 12345 half-6 on soprano, half-thumb 12456 on alto. If you're asking 3rd octave Eb on soprano (that isn't on most fingering charts), check van Hauwe, the Modern Recorder Player, v. 1. I don't have it here, but it probably requires blocking the bell.
