Position:Home>Performing Arts> I'm a mezzo soprano in need of a broadway song for auditions...?

Question:I think I'm a mezzo soprano (which I think means I can hit some high and some low notes, but not extravagantly in either direction; correct me if I'm wrong), and I need any Broadway Song from any production (that has easily accessible sheet music) that would work for me.

Any suggestions?

I do wish people would stop asking for audition advice on this page without telling us what the SHOW IS YOU'RE AUDITIONING FOR! You'd use two very different songs if you were auditioning for Into the Woods or Anything Goes.

There are books of music separated by voice type. They may be 20$ but they're also a better collection of material and they go back further than your lifetime to include songs from musicals like Guys and Dolls, Showboat, and Hello, Dolly!

People by barbara striesand or however you spell it or like the song im doing Till there was you from the music man
