Go for the SG-310 Guitar Pack (the 3rd link)

I would actually prefer the first one. Ive tried the first one and can tell you that its an ok guitar. The action on the guitar is good (height of the strings from the fret board). When it comes to instruments you really get what you pay for. (for the most part) The only problem I have with all those guitar packages are the amps. I havent tried any of those amps but Im pretty sure they arent that great.
Your best bet would be to actually go to a guitar store and try their lower end guitars and look for a cheap amp. You might actually end up spending less and getting a better setup.

And I know you have never played the guitar so going to a store to buy a guitar may seem daunting. Ask a salesperson to help you find a guitar in your price range and ask him/her to play it so you know what it sounds like. Ask them as many questions as you have. Just make sure whatever guitar you have the action isnt too high or playing the guitar will be a pain in the ***. I also prefer to actually see the guitar Im buying because you just never know what your going to get when it arrives in the mail. Just my two cents.

First of all, I understand you want to keep costs down. That's cool. However, don't under estimate the importance of a good amp. The best amp in the ones you picked was the third - the Class-A tube amp. That was the best of the ones you picked, but not a great amp, in general.

Can you spend $100 more? If so, I'd get the Crate V5 amp. It is also a Class-A tube amp, but it has a 10" speaker, which is a million times better than an 8" speaker. Also, yes, it's only 5 watts, but don't let that fool you because Class-A amps have a very clean and powerful sound. This is the type of amp you'll keep, even when you get good.

I think Epiphone guitar is a good choice for a beginner. The Les Paul III is $169. Add the Crate V5 for $199 and you have a very nice set up.

Take the SG-310.(Too many people has the les paul.)
