I want to sing or dance in assembly?

Question:I want to sing or dance in my school assembly. You know how people have the artist's songs that have the artist not singing? How do you do that? Last year I played my clarinet for exit & entrance music and I want to do something. If not I will choose to play the flute, "May It Be" from Lord of the Rings, The Fellowship of the Ring. What shall I do?

There are many places online that sell background tapes w/just accompaniment. There's a huge difference among the quality of the instrumental backgrounds, so check that out before buying. Some of them sound like they're coming out of a tin can- <shudder!>

One more thing: be sure to check w/the sound people B4 the show has even started to make certain that your music is cued up to where it's supposed to start.
