Should i play bass or Guitar ??????!?!?

Question:i know bass players are hader to find but should i continue playing my bass or guitar .
i prefer guitar because you can write songs with it , but a bass player is harder 2 find.

i would say experiment with writing songs with bass. yes, it is possible then consider which instrument you want to keep. bass players ARE much harder to find so if you were looking for a job you would be more likely to get one as a bassist.

bass. every one plays guitar. you can write songs to a bass guitar. why not? listen to more prymus. they have songs that are lyrics and bass alone.

ok, hate t or love it, this is my answer, I think on stage, bass players are sexy and they capture me with their talent, WAY more than any other on the stage, BUT acousticly, guitar is far more important. So I guess it depends on what you plan on doing with it.

Just because you play base dosent mean you can't write songs. Listen to alot of tools music in most of the songs the bass is the lead part or if you really want to go Crazy go look up Les Claypool

Go with your guitar, you will soon find a bass player. Your writing is most important.

play guitar cuz if u can play guitar u can easily play bass to so if u join a band and u need a bass player u can just put down the tracks :]

i'd play guitar, just cuz its wayyy more versatile. but i'd still wanna own a bass just cuz it can be fun, and then you can play either in a band
