Do you think i will get famous?

Question:Well EVERY single one of my friends and family have heard m sing, said i was amazing, and know that i want to be a singer. So I started writing song at a very young age: 5. So then one day my Music teacher saw one of the songs I wrote. She asked me to start turning them in to her. So one day I brought one of my newest songs. She had me sing it in front of the class wich wasnt a big challenge to me beacuse I have NEVER gotton nervouse on stage. After music class she called me and told me a famous music teacher wanted to record me singing my new song! I was so exited. So then the next morning I went to her music room to practice the song. The whole class knew. Now I am in Reno. I didnt want to move bt my parents said I will get more famous here! Do you think that is true? Do you think my dreams will open up and come true? At my new school my music teacher said that we are going to do a musical and I tryed out for the solo. Do you think this might be my moment o show people my dream?

Lots of people went on American Idol because their whole family and all their friends told them they were amazing singers. And, unfortunately, Simon bitched them out and all of America is laughing at them and cringing at the sounds of their vocals.

If you're good, you're good. But until something real happens, don't get your hopes up. I wish you luck!

What are you doing in Reno? The best recording studios are in LA ! And I've never heard of a "famous music teacher". Something sounds fishy. Sorry.

Without hearing you sing, it is hard to say. But it is not just your singing. Most of the successful ones write their own music & have a kick *** band to back them up.

Everyone has just a good a chance of getting famous. You sound like you have a pretty good chance, but for gods' sake don't ruin it by going on American Idol or whatever. Try not to expect everything to go smoothly-it probably won't. How old are you? Try and get some demos recorded, and send them to radio stations etc. They will give you an honest reply.

I agree with Smellys answer. The big hot spot for Recording Studios is Hollywood, or anywhere in Los Angeles, Ca. I live in California and I've personally used about 5 different Recording Studios so far in my music career. Some of them were home-based in ther Garage and some were actual REAL Recording Studios. You might want to try and make a small 5 minute video of you singing and post it on Youtube to get responses from people. Also, better yet...enter as many local Talent Contests in your area if they have them .
That will be good shot at being famous. Good luck
