yes yes yes!!! Vienna is a beautiful song and it has a very powerful message that is perfect for graduation. i sang this at a talent show recently and I'm pretty sure everyone really liked it.
just be sure to not get too into the high notes. it's also best with just piano and vocals.

It truly depends on who you have singing it. The person on the video made me want to turn it off quickly.
