Help!! Audtion song?!?!?!?

Question:Ok, I will soon be auditioning for a radio talent type search thing (think Radio American Idol) and I need an audition song. It can be any genre of music (I prefer broadway, just my taste). I am a soprano and wish to show of my middle range. I don't want anything too high due to possible nerves and things like that. My old teacher used to tell me that you don't need to show off during an audition. Sing a song well and you are good. So I need some suggestions! I like the song 'Come To Your Senses' from Tick Tick...Boom but im not sure id be able to pull it off but I love it lol. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I highly suggest "I'll Stand By You" since it doesn't get high at all, but I feel more comfortable singing "My Heart Will Go On." It all depends on what kind of soprano you are. Hope this helps.(:

Since you like broadway why don't you try eith "I'm not that girl," from wicked or "Don't Cry for me Argentina," from Evita, both are great songs that are not to difficult. Good Luck
