No--and yes.

There is no absolute right or wrong concerning overall style. Opera style is good for opera, but gravelly blues singers and ear-piercing screamo vocalists are artistically just as legitimate--of course, there's no arguing taste.

But there are some absolute rights-and-wrongs for vocalists. A singer who doesn't use proper breath support and placement is doing it wrong--not because of artistic effect, but because of the risk of injury to the vocal organs. Lots of untrained pop singers have gone down early in their careers due to nodules, tearing, cysts, or hemorrhaging of the vocal folds; if they get trained to do proper breath support and production, they can still generate their unique vocal tone and style, but with far less chance of injury.

So in the most basic matters of vocalizing, yes, everyone should "sing like an opera singer" for their own good. But not everyone should "sound" like an opera singer.

No there are many ways, style, tone, and many more, that i cant think of right now.

If you wanted to be an opera then i guess you should sing like an opera singer, but singing in general is just like whatever you want, if you think it's right, then it's right!

No. There are thousands of different ways to sing "right". Whatever sounds best to you, the musician, is "right".
