I need a costume.?

Question:There is a show at my school comming up, and I've been cast as the main character: a happy, spazzy music box ballerina that is sick of living in that box. But that's not the point. The point is, I desperately need to find a costume or come up with ideas to make one SOON. Rehersals start this week, and I'm going to need the costume by the end of the month, at the latest.
A few ideas: I need to have wings, and I'm not a fan of pink, but if I have no choice I will have to go with that.
So, if someone would help with ideas or any costume shops, that would be awesome. ^^

Try white tights with a pink, purple, or pale blue leotard (like the ones that you see ballerinas wearing) with ballet shoes in a matching color, with a tutu that is a darker shade of the leotard (or white depending on the color)

I don't think that wings are going to match your costume, but if the show requires them, make a wire outline (it needs to be sturdy) and cover them with white tuel and make glitter paterns on the wings

and as for the pink thing: in theatre you exit your comfort zone. you are no longer yourself in the busy world, but a ballerina trapped in a music box.
