Well, based on that YouTube video, I'd say work on that voice. Try to keep to the melody and rhythm of the songs, not just the lyrics.

If you wanna get better, you have until you're 25 to train your voice. I'd say start taking vocal lessons or try joining a church or school choir. Usually, the choir instructors will happily help you with singing... if it's really what you want to do.

Everyone has a voice, and everyone can sing. It's just the fact that some people can sing well, and others, not so well. I think you could have a fine voice in the future. Just keep working on it, and pay attention to not only the lyrics of the song, but the tempo, rhythm, and melody. Also, watch your pitches and tones. (:
