Unfortunately what you are wanting is something that will have very little selling ability. Most people who are beginning on the piano are learning everything. You are a very small minority of people who have musical experience and are learning the instrument. Unfortunately you're stuck with books that teach you the basics of reading music and everything at the same time.Just skip to later sections that teach you the stuf you need. The best thing would be to get a private lesson teacher again who can teach you without the book and make sure you are doing it correctly. After all, a book can't diagnose if you are doing something wrong.

What about 'Piano For Dummies.'?
