Ya know how you do a regular open C, right?
Everything is the same as an open C except lower the A string from a C note to a B note (down one fret).

Anytime you see a chord with a forward slash, it means that you play a chord with a seperate (usually non chord tome) in the bass. C/B means a C chord with a B in the bass. If you are playing with a group, the bass guitar will take care of the /B part. If you are playing alone however, simply mover your Fifth string, third fret (C) to a fifth string second fret. (B) If you follow it with C/A then the B becomes a passing tone. A chord run like this would typically look like this:

C C/B C/A C/G

Hope this helps.
