So many possibilities.

First suspect: embouchere. Have a real clarinet teacher check out how you're doing your lips and teeth with the mouthpiece. Adjust as necessary.

Second suspect: mouthpiece/reed concordance. You need a reed that's the right hardness for the lay of your mouthpiece--a tight lay requires a hard reed, looser lay can go with a wider range but generally softer.

Third suspect: spit. Try going to a photography supply company, buy a bottle of "photo-flo" and dip your mouthpiece plus reed into it 15 minutes before each performance.

Fourth suspect: build-up. Get an old toothbrush (soft bristle) and scrub out that mouthpiece under running water. Then get in the habit of removing reed, storing it in a good reed case, and swabbing after every playing session.

Fifth suspect: air leak from someplace high on clarinet. Check pads on the trills, register, and A-Ab keys, and double-check your fingering to ensure no leaks.

Happy hunting!

Maybe u should clean ur instrument cause my clarinet use to do that then i got it proffesionatly cleaned. or mayb u need a new reed. or mayb u just need a new instrument. how old is it? cause sometimes old instruments get worn out.

Spit is usually the problem. Clean it out with a swab periodically during your playing session. A soft reed will make your sound fuzzy too. Replace your reeds when they get old or chipped. Try to figure out when it happens. Do you sound fuzzy at the beginning of rehearsal or the end or the middle? Also increase your air speed.
